Hooray I am no longer in pain, I have left this earthly world to join my parents, Keith Thomas Whitesides and Elaine Homer, my son Joshua Boudreau, my grandparents and dear friend Joyce Johnson and others on Saturday, January 2, 2016.

I leave behind my sweet and loving eternal companion Joseph Boudreau and my precious children, David Joseph, Anna Michelle and Rebecca Jo; the joys of my life, grandchildren, Devon, Riley, Grace and Charlotte; brother, Steve; sisters, Karlene and Shanna.

I was born January 1, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Being 29 years old for 29 years, I was able to learn and study the gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I was able to serve in several Relief Society presidencies and Young Women presidencies, as well as other callings, I count this as time well spent.

My other special moments were time spent with my family, 4th of July, birthdays, camping barbeques, and of course being with them at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland.

Many thanks go out to Dr. Vincent Hansen and his staff, Jennifer and Julie of Home Care and the West Point 4th Ward for your help in battling primary peritoneal carcinoma. To all of you who love us, fought with us, lifted and encouraged us, we thank you! Your very presence brought us strength, hope and your love gave us reason to fight. You have touched our lives deeply, we will be forever grateful for you.

“No One FIGHTS Alone”

I love flowers; however I respectfully suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Marcia Boudreau Charitable Fund at America First Credit Union.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the West Point 4th Ward Chapel, 2852 West 300 North. The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Interment, West Point Cemetery.
