Henry Lloyd Neese was born 19 August 1896. He served as a Private in Company A, 124th Regiment Engineers.
He enlisted 6 September 1918 and was honorably discharged 28 December 1918.
He died 31 July 1944. Interment was at Blue River cemetery.
