Age 82, a daughter of the late Frank and Zelma Bourell Blewett.

She was a 1951 graduate of East High School and was previously employed by General Electric Co., Pulako's Chocolates, and Moore Research Services, Inc. In July of 1958, Enid was wed to her late husband, Donald, at the Cathedral of St. Paul. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Lawrence Park. For over 50 years Enid has been a vital and active member of not only her own church, but the Episcopal Church nationally. Enid was a member of the Board of Directors at Conrad House as well as having served as a board member for the planning and construction of the new Ball Pavilion Chapel at Brevellier Village. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Bishop's Cross; one of the highest honors that a diocese can convey to its leadership. Enid enjoyed spending time with her family, attending performances at the Erie Playhouse, swimming, playing cards and dominos with her friends, and attending the Erie Seawolves games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Donald E. Bishop; her sister, Irene Ferguson; her brother, Frank T. Blewett; and her step-mother, Susan Blewett.

Enid is survived by her four children: Tammy Bishop of Frisco, Texas, Tracy Bishop, Terry Bishop (Renee), and Todd Bishop (Laura), all of Erie; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Enid was laid to rest in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
