Ada Maydell Church, age 78, a resident of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015, at Cherokee County Nursing Center in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

She was born July 12, 1937, at Hector, to Richard Franklin and Eva Arletta Linton Voss. She was a home health care provider and loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George O. Church; an infant son, Paul Curtis; three sisters, Cleta Pruitt, Betty Combs and Mary Carr; and a brother, James Voss.

Survivors include three sons, Steven Curtis of Prairie Grove, Ralph Curtis and wife Michelle Griffin of Wills Point, Texas, and Stacy Newport of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Stefanie Kisamore and husband James of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Doris Rider of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Judy Bostic of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; two brothers, Clarence Voss of White Oak, Texas and Don Voss of Harrah, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 2, 2016, at the Hector First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Jerry Patton and Rickey Pruitt officiating. Burial will be in Forks of the Creek Cemetery at Hector under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
