ALETHA MAE BOSTWICK. Perry, IA. Aletha Mae Bostwick 63, of Perry died Monday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hastings Funeral Home, with burial in Violet Hill Cemetery. The cause of death is unknown, pending autopsy results.
Born in Algona, she moved to Perry in 1957 and retired as a nurse's aide.
She is survived by two daughters, June McCullough of Boone and Jacqueline Shearer of independence, Mo.; a son, Vernon Abbas of Perry; three sisters, Edythe Shuhardt of Perry, Ruth Ann Sadddoris of Ames and Viola Gobeli of Fort Dodge, and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
