Son of Revolutionary War hero Francis Bradley; husband of Jannet Williams (m. 16 February 1796); father of Abigail, William, and Joseph; early settler of southern Lincoln (later Gaston) County. This cemetery is next to East Baptist Church (114 N. Church) and is now maintained by the City of Gastonia. The church was founded in 1901 and is unaffiliated with the cemetery. His grave is under an oak tree across the fence from the church playground.
