She was the daughter of the late John and Lula Ponders Bivins and was preceded in death by her husband, Joel W. “J.W.” Holland in 1997; brothers, Tate Bivins, Hayden Bivins, Lenore Bivins, Luther Bivins, Johnston Bivins, J.T. Bivins and Mack Bivins; sisters, Buena Lendsey, Menneola Beavers, Valerie Beavers and a grandson, Jonathan Nealey.
Willa is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Nealey Bramlett of Dalton; grandchildren, Donna Cudd and Angela Jones of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Samuel J. Allen, Elisabeth Allen, Hunter Jones, Tanner Jones, Miranda Jones and Nealey Jones; great-great-grandchildren, Caroline Allen and Gibson Allen; nieces also survive.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Isaac Johns officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m.
