Miss Elizabeth Shepley died at the home of Cyrus W. Blickenstaff,
near Ellerton, this county, last Tuesday morning, age 63 years,
3 months and 27 days. She is survived by three brothers, Lawson
H. Shepley, Ellerton; Daniel Shepley, Myersville; and Frank S.
Shepley, of Ohio, and one sister, Mrs. Hannah Brown, of Harmony.
She was a consistent member of Church of the Brethren for many
years.
Funeral Thursday morning, at the Grossnickle church, near Ellerton,
her pastor, Rev. McKinley Coffman officiating, assisted by Revs.
I. R. Stottlemyer and C. N. Frushour. The pallbearers were M. L.
Frushour, John Stottlemyer, Charles F. Bussard, Harry G. Delauter, Elbert Grossnickle, and Russell p. Wiles. Interment in the cemetery adjoining the church. C. T. K. Gladhill and Co., funeral directors.
