Nancy Allen, daughter of Drewry (Drury) Allen and Elizabeth Yarbrough, was born about 1771. LDS records (unsourced) show her birth as circa 1773 and some others say c1765.
She married first 19 Oct 1791 in Caswell County, North Carolina, to James Ravens, the son of John Ravens II and Kindness Breedlove Hunt. In 1793 they were living in Person County, N.C. where he owned 250 acres (tax list).
Family trees say he died about 1798 in Caswell Co., N.C., though more likely he lived until about 1805. Some references say James H. Ravens (International Genealogical Index (IGI) by The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, Familysearch.org website, citing "An index to marriage bonds filed in the North Carolina State Archives," North Carolina).

Nancy Allen "Raven" married February 14, 1807 in Oglethorpe County, Georgia, to her cousin John Yarbrough. 1820 census shows them living at Lexington, Oglethorpe County, Georgia.

"Drury Allen... married in North Carolina to Elizabeth Yarbrough who was born 2 May, 1752 in Amelia Co. VA. and the daughter of Henry Yarbrough. She is the proven daughter from a deed when son, Stokes Allen had power of Attorney for his parents to sell land in Franklin co. that she and her husband Drury Allen had inherited from her father, Henry Yarbrough."

John Yarbrough and wife Nancy Allen were 3rd cousins, assuming the family trees are correct. Here is their supposed lineage:
