She was born December 20, 1937 in Geneva, OH, a daughter of George C. and Dorothy Eleanor (Lufts) Caiger.
Lettie delivered the Dollar Saver in the Westfield area before she retired.
She enjoyed bowling and watching wrestling.
Lettie is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Chester and Dorie of Harrison Valley, PA; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia of Wellsboro, PA, Carol and Larry of Westfield, PA, Shirley and Rick of Lock Haven, PA;
11 grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Burial will be in Ackley Cemetery, Sabinsville, PA.
