Charles F. Wilbur, a respected farmer of the town of Pulteney, living a few miles east of this village, was found dead in bed from apoplexy, Friday morning, April 30, 1920. He leaves his wife and three daughters: Edi wife of Oliver Donaldson, of Branch port; Minnie, wife of W. H. Halstead, of Prattsburgh and Laura at home Also five grandsons, two sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Geo. Coons and Thereon Wilbur, of Naples; John, of Cadott, Wis., and Mrs. Delia Roloson, of Michigan. He was the youngest of a family of twelve children, and was born in Naples, July 17, 1855. On January 6, 1881, he married Miss Margaret Chapman, of Ingleside, and for the past thirty-six years their home has been the farm where he died.
