BORING – Minnie Pearl, 91, Northern Cambria, passed away Dec. 12, 2015, at Golden Living Center, HAIDA. Born Jan. 27, 1924, in Strongstown, daughter of James Arthur and Minnie Pearl (Holby) Hill. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles M. Boring, who died Nov. 4, 1965; and siblings, Charlie, Lawrence, Arthur, James, Howard, Elmer, George, Anna Grogg, Laura Hinkle, Elizabeth Dibido, Verna Carney and Stella McGrath. Minnie was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was retired from Miners Hospital with over 20 years of service. At the request of Minnie, there will be no viewing or service. Interment will be private for the family. Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria, is in charge of arrangements.
