Ankney. She married Warren H. Wilson on July 13, 1946 and he preceded her in death in 2008. She is survived by two sons, Alan( Sue Ellen) Wilson and Warren M. Wilson of Hillsdale; one grandson Mark Wilson.; 2 great grandchildren, Timothy and Kisha Wilson ; nieces and nephews and sister in law., Jean Ankney of Hillsdale. She was preceded in death by her parents.; two sisters; one brother, one son, Brian Scott Wilson and one daughter, Linda Little.
Joan worked at Fairway Products Wholesale, enjoyed reading, spending time with her family and her dog, "Amie".
At her request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends for visitation Saturday, September 8th beginning at 12 noon at the home of Warren Wilson., located at 358 Northwest St in Hillsdale. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may take memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
