LaBauve, Marjorie Hebert
A homemaker, she passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at Sherwood Manor. She was 88 and a resident and native of Brusly. Visiting at Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen, Friday, Nov. 13, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brusly, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Matt Dupré, celebrant, and the Rev. Joel LaBauve, concelebrant. Interment in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery. Survived by five daughters, Wanda Magee and husband Gary, and Brenda Robbins and husband Calvin, all of Baton Rouge, Lorretta Coupel and husband Alvin, Port Allen, Dolores LaBauve and companion Linda Fulmer, Baton Rouge, and Carolyn Smith and husband Lester, Fordoche; six grandchildren, Jimmy Robbins, Paula Granier Vienneau, Ricky Coupel, Brian Micheal, Jessica Robbins Breeden and Corey Falcon; and six great-grandchildren, Cole, Caitlin, Parker, Grant, Jacob and Connor. Pallbearers will be her four grandsons, Richard Soniat and Gary LaBauve. Preceded in death by her husband, Sanford L. LaBauve; parents, Heno and Bertha LeJeune Hebert; sisters, Genevieve Soniat and Mildred Cusimano; and brothers, Allen and George Hebert. She was a former member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Altar Society. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association of Baton Rouge.
