MRS. JESSE ALVERDA PRYOR, 58, wife of Edgar P. Pryor, Beaver Creek, died late Sunday at the Gateway Nursing Home, Conococheague, after a lengthy illness.
She was a native of Waynesboro, a daughter of the late Christian and Elizabeth (Smith) Trace.
She was a member of the Welty Church of the
Brethren.
Surviving is her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Dale Winters, Hagerstown Route 1, and a son, Edgar P., of Beaver Creek. Six grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Bayles, Phoenix, Arizona, and a brother, Harry Trace, Mechanicsburg, also survive.
The funeral will be held Wednesday from the Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren, at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. Glenn A. Heckman and Rev. Charles Gayman. Interment will be in the Beaver Creek cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro, Tuesday night, at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Wednesday.
