Mrs. Richard Pendleton, a well-known Rockdale lady, died suddenly at her residence yesterday morning. Her husband rose at his accustomed hour having his wife in bed, apparently sleeping. He ate his breakfast and started for work, but had not gone too far before he was overtaken by a messenger informing him that his wife had breathed her last. The discovery of her death was made by her daughter, who entered the room to awaken her. Mrs. Pendleton was 64 years of age.
