POWER WORKER DIES AT 66

Heber Wallace Boden, 66, 1127 Windsor street, employee of the Utah Power and Light company for 40 years, died Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of pneumonia.
Mr. Boden was born September 27, 1877, in Brigham City, a son of Heber Coleman and Charlotte Welch Boden. He received his elementary education in Brigham City schools and attended the University of Utah.
He filled a mission to the British Isles from 1900 to 1902 for the L D S church.
Upon returning to Utah, Mr. Boden married Ruby Irvine, June 24, 1903, in the Salt Lake L D S temple and the couple made their home in Salt Lake City.
He was a member of the bishopric of the Third L D S ward for three years, and at the time of his death was a member of the high priests' quorum of the Thirty-first L D S ward.
He was employed for 40 years by the power company as a meter-man.
Surviving are his widow; a son, Heber I. Boden, Salt Lake City; four daughters, Mrs. Florence B. Pinnock, Miss Mary Boden and Miss Charlotte Boden, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Alice B. Lybbert, Long Beach, Cal; three sisters, Mrs. A. B. Ensign, Salt Lake City; Mrs. David O. Stohl, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Orville D. Lund, Brigham City, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Thirty-first L D S ward chapel, 1140 Ninth East street, with Leonard Packer, bishop, officiating. Friends may call at 1445 South State street Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the family home, 1127 Windsor street, Saturday from 10 a.m. to time of services. Burial will be in Brigham City cemetery.
