Evelyn Richardson Valentine, 86, of Panama City, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. She was born October 31, 1929 in Round Lake, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel & Ethel Richardson; husband, William E. “Bill” Valentine; and a brother, Houston Richardson. She is survived by 2 sons, Richard Cooley (Renee); Ronnie Cooley (Debbie); 2 stepsons, Randy Valentine, Billy Valentine; 4 grandchildren, Weston Cooley, Rebecca Cooley, Patrick Cooley, Christopher Cooley (Sean); 2 brothers, Gene Richardson, M L Richardson (Thelma) and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Evelyn Valentine.
