". . . . died September 6, 1912, at the home of her son, John L. Wallace. She was born January 1, 1824, in Espyville. She married Robert Wallace February 21, 1844. They settled in Jackson township, this county, until 1880 when they removed to Lackawannock township. In 1906, she came to Mercer county with her son, John, with whom she made her home after the death of her husband. Survived by the following children; John L., James S., and William C., of Mercer; George, of Ashland, Ore.; Mrs. Robert Stranahan, of Mercer, Mrs. Andrew Stranahan, of Washington, Ia., Mrs. S.F. Hazen, of Harristown and Mrs. James A. Bagnall, of East Lackawannock township. Two sons, Robert and Hugh, and one daughter, Anna, are dead."
