Ada Claire Chiampa born on August 10, 1919 in Uvalde, Texas passed away at the age of 90 after a lengthy illness. She lived most of her life in San Antonio, was a member of St. Pius X Church and attended Incarnate Word High School and College.

Ada is survived by her devoted and beloved husband of 52 years, Frank R. Chiampa, living sister Lillian G. Spieckermann, two nephews Eugene E. Spieckermann, Jr. and his wife Terri and his son Evan Jr. and Lionel C. Adams and his wife Ann and her daughter Linda Carol Redford and her husband Cecil and grand niece Brenda Gail Hines and Michael Miller and his wife Sandy. Also a loyal friend and nurse Fay Cunningham.

She was preceded in death by her parents Milton and Bessie Evetts, two sisters Ethel Adams and Elizabeth Evetts.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2009 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. A 9:00 a.m. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Holy Cross Cemetery. You may sign the online guestbook at www.missionparks.com, under the obituary section.
