Laguna Hills --- Charles William Britts, 70, first president of the EL Dorado State Bank in Napa, died Monday after a brief illness. Mr.Britts, born in Duluth Minn. lived in Napa 10 years and left upon his retirement from the bank, now the United California Bank. He is survived by his wife Marian; a daughter May B. Lindsay, and two sons Stphen Britts and Robert E Britts. Mr. Britts had spent 42 years in banking in Minnesota and California. Private funeral services are scheduled for today. Burial will be at Ascension Cemetery in El Toro Calf.
