Mr. Benton Garland Adams age 86 of Buck Walk Suches passed away peacefully on Sunday December 6, 2015 at his home. Mr. Adams was born on May 12, 1929 in Blue Ridge, GA., the son of the late Jesse V. Adams and the late Viola Elizabeth Walker Adams. He was a lifelong resident of Union and Fannin Counties. Benton loved deer hunting, fishing, farming and working around his home. He loved talking and never met a stranger. Benton was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Althea Sue Adams in 2014. Mr. Adams was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 8, 2015 at 11:00 am from the Mountain View Chapel. Interment will follow in the Corinth Church Cemetery where he will rest next to his beloved wife.
