From "The Heritage of Colbert County" published 1999 by Heritage Publishing Consultants: "Lucy Francis [McCaig] born April 9, 1854 died July 16, 1955 buried at Alsboro [sic] Cemetery, Colbert County, Alabama, married Charles B. Woodis (born September 16, 1862) married December 30, 1883, they had 11 children, 10 boys and 1 girl."

Correction provided by "[email protected]" - Lucy McCaig Woodis is my great grandmother and all the information regarding her and my great grandfather is correct except for the fact that they are not buried at the Allsboro Methodist Cemetery. They are buried directly behind the Allsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Allsboro. Buried beside them is their son Joe Woodis.
