Ellen Minerva Bement, daughter of Levi Bement and Harriet Parsons, married Hiram Wood Miner (Minor) on March 25, 1858. They had two daughters; Minnie Ethel (born June 27, 1863 in Michigan, died January 12, 1885 in Burnside, South Dakota) and Nellie Elbertin (born September 25, 1864 in Saranac, Michigan and died July 7, 1955.) Minnie apparently never married, she is buried alongside her parents. Nellie married Geoge Dusenbury Rose and had five children - George Dwight, Owen, Helen, Mary Joy and Albert. Nellie died in Vermillion, South Dakota and is interned along with her husband and two sons at Kimball Cemetery, Kimball, South Dakota.
