DWIGANS--April 10th, Arthur Rexford (Rex) Dwigans, beloved father of Mrs. G.R. (Dona Belle) Evans, Banff Coach Road. Born in Grove, Iowa, he came to Blackie in 1920 and to Calgary in 1939. Member of Western Riders Club and active in Alberta Light Horse Assn. Also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Roy Woodson, Fontonelle, Iowa, and Mrs. Hazel Messingr, St. Cloud, Minn., 1 brother Winifield Dwigans, Greenfield, Iowa. He was predeceased by his wife Addie in 1932 at Blackie.
