Thomasville Woman Died Here During the Night --
Mrs. Amy Wright, 78, Thomasville, died last night in the West Plains Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since July 20.
Mrs. Wright was born March 10, 1885 in Alton to the late John and Martha House Naney.
She was married Oct. 11, 1903 at Rover to J.E. Wright who survives; as do four daughters: Mrs. Ellen Smoot, Thomasville; Mrs. Avis Howery, Arkansas Pass, TX; Mrs. Meekee Schroeder, Poplar Bluff, and Mrs. Gertrude Moore, Fort Morgan, CO; and two brothers, Felix Naney, LaVeta, CO, and Marvin Naney, Midwest City, OK.
A Methodist, she was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon in the Methodist church at Thomasville. Burial will be in Jolliff cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of West Plains.
