MULESHOE — Veda McKay, 93, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, in Huntsville, Ala.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Bovina Cemetery in Bovina. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home of Muleshoe.
Ms. McKay was born Aug. 7, 1922.
Survivors include a son, Larry McKay of Athens, Ala.; a daughter, Wanda Thurman of Paint Rock; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral service was Friday, November 27, 2015 at Sardis Springs Baptist Church with Tim Keenum officiating.
Veda is survived by one son, Larry McKay and his wife, Frances of Athens, Alabama; one daughter, Wanda Thurman and her husband, Bill of Paint Rock, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
