Tim retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. He was preceded in death by; his parents, his sister, Maxine Howard and two brothers; Paul Howard and Kenneth Howard. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 1:00pm at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
