Gloria Ann Eichelberg, 87, of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away on November 30, 2015 at 1:30 AM, of natural causes. Burial at Angelcrest Cemetery. Gloria was born in Akron, Ohio on October 31, 1928. She attended Horace Mann and Valparaiso High Schools. Gloria married William H. Eichelberg on July 2, 1949 in Crown Point, Indiana at Trinity Lutheran Church. They were married for 66 wonderful years. Gloria worked as a school bus driver for the Valparaiso Community Schools for 30 years. She was dearly loved by the students that rode her bus. She enjoyed her summer cottage where she spent most of her days boating and swimming. She was an avid swimmer. She loved sharing time with family, friends, and grandchildren. Gloria is survived by her husband William H. Eichelberg, her children Bill Eichelberg (Kimberly) and Jill Hanaway. Grandchildren are Kyle Eichelberg (Natalie), Kelsey Kilavos (John), Julie Wilson (Todd) and John T. Hanaway. Great grandchildren, Elliana Eichelberg, Trent Wilson, Tate Wilson, Tessa Wilson, Taelynn Wilson and many nieces & nephews. Gloria is preceded in death by her father John T. Hann, her mother Margie Hann, her sister Margie Kay Britton and half-sisters, Lou Brockman, and Frances Qualkenbush.
