Donald Bruce Black, 67, of Norman, Oklahoma died Wednesday, August 16, 2006, in Norman.
Mr. Black was born November 2, 1938, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Aubra D. and Beaulah Flanagan Black. He grew up in Oklahoma City and Norman and graduated from Norman High School in 1956. He owned his own business for over seventeen years before retiring in 1992. Donald was member of the Trails Golf Club and Broad Acres Polo Club in Norman. He loved spending time with his family.
Mr. Black was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Beuleah Black, of St. Louis, Missouri; daughter, Lisa G. Master and husband, Kerry E., of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; son, Todd A. Black and wife, Angel D., of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two sisters, Senator Norma Champion, of Springfield, Missouri and Sharon Winn and husband, Pat, of St. Louis, Missouri; four grandchildren, Alexis and Cameron Black, of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri and Preston and Peyton Master, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services: Saturday, August 19, 2006, at the Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Roberts officiating. There will be a private family Interment at Warren Cemetery in Norman, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
