She was born July 22, 1901, at Kughntown, a daughter of Layton and Rachel Estel Granlee. Miss Granlee had never married.
She was affiliated with Kent's Chapel United Methodist Church.
For many years Miss Granlee had operated a grocery store and restaurant in Brave. The Wayne Township Volunteer Fire Company in Brave had recognized her by naming her an honorary member.
She was the last of her family.
Deceased are seven sisters and five brothers.
