Beverly A. MILLER Beverly passed away on October 10, 2005, with her loving family at her side. She was born on August 31, 1932 in Brooten, MN. She has been married to her beloved husband Bill for 49 years and is a wonderful mother and dear friend of her 4 children Roch (Anita), Scott (Susan), Sally (Richard), and Anne (Kim) and 7 very special grandchildren; Erica (11), Evan (9), Jared (13), Katie (11), Luke (7), Ryan (5), and Callie (2). Beverly fought a courageous battle with cancer for the past 2 years. She never lost her positive attitude and strong desire to live for each day!! Bill has been at her side day and night taking great care of her; giving her his undivided love and attention every step of the way. "In the end God saw she was getting tired, and a cure was not meant to be, so He put his arms around her, and whispered "Come With Me". With tearful eyes we watched her weaken, and saw her fade away. Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest; God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best." A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, October 14th, at Our Lady of the Lake Parish. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mercy Corps International, Dept. W, P.O. Box 2669, Portland, OR 97208-2669. Arrangements: Beck's Funeral Home, Edmonds, WA, (425) 771-1234.
