Betsy and Edwin A. Robbins were married in Illinois on 5 February 1869. They had two children: George and Nellie. After the deaths of her daughter and husband, Betsy took care of her three grandchildren, Dorothy, Harry and Nellie Watson. Later they lived with their father.
