Memorial services for Janice M. (Jan) Williamson, 74, of Montalba will be held at 10 am on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Herrington / Land of Memory Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Willmott officiating. Mrs. Williamson passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Cartmell Home for Aged.
She was born on October 12, 1941, in Gladewater, Texas to Marvin Alvin Williamson and Nancy Evelyn Dees Williamson. She had lived in Gladewater until moving to Anderson County in 1982. She was a member of Dogwood Hills Baptist Church and had been an activities director at the Cartmell Home. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Single Sam's RV Club.
Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her parents M.A. and Evelyn Williamson and a daughter and son-in-law, Farrah Furlow Watson and husband Keith.
Survivors include her son, Chris Banks and wife Christine; daughters, Sha-Ree Hudson and husband Mark and Sha-Ron McNaughton and husband Jonathon; 5 grandchildren, Jett McNaughton, Judson McNaughton, Shayla Willmott, Shawn Mark Hudson, and Makenzie Hudson; and 1 great grandson, Hudson Willmott.
