Mrs. Evelyn Marsh, 53, Lake City, died this morning at the Lake City Hospital after an illnesss of eight months.

Born Evelyn Brunkhorst on Norvember 19, 1916, in Wabasha county to Mr. and Mrs. William Brunkhorst, she was married to Alvin Sievers on June 10, 1936. They farmed in the Lake City area until his death on July 3, 1963. She was married to Coyde Marsh on Dec. 26, 1964 in Lake City and worked at the Lake City Hospital before her illness.

She was active in the Homemakers Camp, Frontenac, 4-H Federation and home extension work in Wabasha County.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Carol) Larson and Mrs. Michael (Anna Marie) Van Dohrn, both of Mankato and Miss Delores Sievers at home; step-daughters, Mrs. Howard (Marilyn) Nelson, St. Paul; Mrs. Lyle (Gloria) Kaiser, Hastings, and Mrs. Jerold (Nancy) Peterson, Frontenac; sons, Clyde Sievers, Norwalk, Iowa; Frank, William and Ivan Sievers, Lake City, and Stanley Sievers, Louisville, KY; step-sons, Kenneth Marsh, Hastings; Coyde Marsh Jr., Stillwater, and Galen Marsh, Roberts, WI.

Brothers, Norman and Arnold Brunkhorst, Lake City, 16 grandchildren, 19 step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.

A brother and her first husband have died.
