The Good Lord took a liking to William James Brennan... too soon! Heaven must have needed a big-hearted Irishman, so God called Bill home peacefully, October 15, 2015.

Bill was born November 17, 1929, to parents Edward and Selina (Orr) Brennan.

They preceded him in death, as did his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Jo (Pegenaute) Brennan.

He is survived by their beloved daughter, Bridget M. Brennan and Nick Toland, her loving companion.

He graduated Christian Brothers HS & Sacramento State College (1952), with a BA in Secondary Education.

Drafted U.S. Army ('53 - '55). A teacher/counselor in the Grant HS District until retirement ('93), he maintained life-long friendships with his former students & colleagues.

Visitation on Fri., November 20, 4-6:30PM, at Nicoletti's Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., followed by 7PM Rosary at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1333 58th Street.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Sat., November 21, 2015, 11 AM, at St. Mary's Church.

Interment after at St. Mary's Cemetery.
