MRS. T. C. RICE, 88, BURIED AT SWEETWATER

Sweetwater, Nov. 6 - Funeral rites for Mrs. T. C. Rice, resident of Sweetwater since 1886, were held from the First Christian Church here Sunday afternoon. She would have been 88 years old on December 7.

Mrs. Rice died as she slept Saturday night in the home of her daughter and son-in-law, R. A. Ragland, where she had resided since the death of her husband seven years ago.

Her daughter, Mrs. Ragland, died in 1929. Four grandchildren, Carl and Preston Ragland of Sweetwater, Mrs. Don Clayton of San Antonio, and Mrs. Landon McCollister of San Angelo survive. Mrs. R. O. Crane of Sweetwater is a niece.
