After Abigail was widowed, she married Captain John Candler (abt 1758-1846) 7 Oct 1838. However, she was only married to him a short time before her death in 1841. According to the Cemetery Department in Marblehead MA, she and Captain John Candler are buried in the Green Street Cemetery in Marblehead, MA. There are no markers for either of them.
