Mrs. Mathew Kaiser

Mrs. Catherine Kaiser, 69, wife of Mathew Kaiser, died today at her home, 2718 North Sixty-fifth avenue. She suffered a stroke three weeks ago.

In Omaha 50 years, Mrs. Kaiser had lived in the same house the past 32 years. She was a charter member of the Women’s Benefit association and the Catholic Home for the Aged.

Surviving are her husband; a son, William Phelps, Los Angeles, daughter, Mrs. Lillian Zarp, Omaha; brother, Edward Hennegen, DeKalb, Ill.; four grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Friday at the residence at 8:30 a.m. and at St. Bernard’s church at 9. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre cemetery. The John A. Gentleman mortuary is in charge.

Funeral Friday from the residence, 2718 N. 65th Ave., at 8:30 a.m., to St. Bernard’s church at 9 o’clock. Interment Holy Sepulchre cemetery. John A. Gentleman service. St. Vincent’s Catholic Home for the Aged association will meet at the home of Mrs. Kaiser at 8 o’clock to recite the Rosary.
