Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Nancy Rew Greenleaf; three sons, Dr. Stephen Everett Greenleaf III and his wife, Anna, of Mobile, Dr. Charles Rew Greenleaf and his wife, Elizabeth, of Auburn and William Reynolds Greenleaf and his wife, Jennifer, of Nashville; two brothers, William Greenleaf and John Edmond Greenleaf, both of Huntsville; one sister, Margaret Greenleaf Turner of Mooresville, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Mary Clayton Greenleaf and Stephen Everett Greenleaf IV, both of Mobile, and Charles Rew Greenleaf Jr. of Auburn.
Pallbearers will be Robert Brown, Dr. Randy Buckner, Michael Moss, Sam Ward, Tom Baxter, William Beckham, James Reeves and Frank Spangler.
He was the son of Stephen Everett Greenleaf Sr. and Margaret Rhodes Greenleaf.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
