ARTHUR SCHLEGEL
Funeral for Arthur Schlegel, 3031 SE 28th Ave., will be at McGinnis & Wilhelm at 2 p.m. Tuesday with private interment in Rose City Cemetery. He died Friday at a Portland hospital.
Mr. Schlegel was born in Banks Sept. 19, 1877. Before his retirement, he had been with Fibre Board Paper Products 41 years.
Survivors include the widow, Caroline; a daughter, Mrs. Theodore Miller, Lake Oswego; a stepson, Anthony Tarnasky, Portland; two stpedaughters, Mrs. Emily Varley, Cannon Beach, Ore., and Mrs. Katherine Jaquet, Milwaukie; two brothers, Sam, Olympia, Wash., and Earl, Salem; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Kauffman, Silverton, and Mrs. Rose Sanders, Hillsboro, and two grandchildren.
