Doris Gayle Rumbo Coleman, age 71, of Maud, Texas passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Coleman was born August 14, 1944 in Maud, Texas.

She was a retired Carrier for the US Postal Service and a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church, Maud, Texas.

She was preceded in death by two sons, J. L. Beasley Sr. and Stacey Beasley. Survivors include her mother, Pauline Rumbo of Maud, Texas, one daughter, Lesley Smith of Marriette, Texas, one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Ray Covington of Terrell, Texas, one brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Mary Rumbo of Grapevine, Texas, one sister-in-law, Rita Rumbo of Omaha, Texas, six grandchildren, and eight great grand children and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Rock Creek Baptist Church, Maud, Texas with Bro. Willard Land officiating. Interment will be in Rock Hill Cemetery, Maud, Texas.

Services under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texarkana, Texas.
