Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Otis and Jessie Wilson; sister, Anita Morris and brother-in-law, Bubba Anderson.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Barbara Wilson of Crosby; daughters, Bobbie Cosio of Crosby and Annette French and husband John of Channelview; son, Otis Marshall Wilson and wife Tracy of Crosby; sisters, Patricia Anderson and Martha K. Kirby and husband David, all of Groveton and grandchildren, Taylor Borom, Lauren Cosio, Jenna Prescott, Brittney Williams, Heather Williams and Tori Wilson.
