Billy Wayne Powers, 75, of May, Texas passed away at his home on November 7,2015. A graveside service for Mr. Powers will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015, 2:00 PM.
Billy Wayne Powers was born to Roland William Powers and Minnie Ethel Ashworth Powers on June 30, 1940 in Robert Lee, Tx. He worked in the oilfield industry for many years but, was also a skilled carpenter and mechanic. Mr. Powers lived most of his life in May, Texas.
He is survived by 3 brothers, Harold Powers, James "Jimmy" Powers, Johnny Powers; 5 sisters, Elizabeth Ann Moss, Wanda Farris, Linda Oats, Shirley Bullard, and Rita Rimer; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Powers is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Verna Lee Stephens and Kathy Jane Powers; and a brother Randy Alfred Powers.
Aged 75 years.
