SALVATORE J. “Sammy” BRANCO, age 90, on November 8, 2015, of Phila. PA. Son of the late Salvatore and Antonia (Dascoli) Branco and the stepson of the late Eugene Perez. Beloved husband of Patricia (Rychlak). Loving father of Salvatore Jr. (Linda), Annette Branco, and Josephine Branco (John). Devoted grandfather of Joseph (Kate) and Olivia Branco. Faithful Pop-Pop to Abigail and Elsa Branco. Dear brother of Carmen (the late Gloria), and Ralph Perez (Mary Ann), also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Branco was predeceased by his loving wife, Anna Doeltl of Vienna, Austria; brothers Felix (Elsie) and Anthony, sisters Philomena Luciani (Orlando) and Rosemarie Carpenter (Larry) and great-granddaughter Isidora Claire Branco.

Mr. Branco was a member of St. Christopher Parish in Phila. He served in World War II and retired from the Army after 22 years as a Major. Sal also served as a caddy at Philmont C.C. for 22 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday, 9:30am until 10:45pm at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Rd., Phila., followed by his funeral mass 11:00am. Int. Gettysburg National Cem.
