The funeral will be at 4 p.m. today at Sardis Baptist Church, with the Revs. Bill King and Milk Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in Bascom Cemetery, Sylvania.
Mrs. Holland, a native of Screven County, had lived in Sardis most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Sardis Baptist Church, where she was active in the Women's Missionary Union and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, William A. Holland; a son, Melburn Kelly Sr., Ridgeland, S.C.; two daughters, Elsie Kelly and Betty Mixon, both of Statesboro; a brother, W.L. Morris, Sumter, S.C.; a sister, Kathryn Kennedy, Nevils; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mel Kelly Jr., Mike Kelly, Pat Kelly, Bobby Hendrix, Arthur Carnes, Bernard Brown and Danny Brinson.
Honorary pallbearers will be deacons and members of the Women's Missionary Union and the Order of the Eastern Star of Sardis Baptist Church.
Friends may call at the church from 3 to 4 p.m. today.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
