He passed away peacefully at his home in Provo, Utah on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
He leaves behind a loving wife, 5 children, many grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great-grandkids.
At his request, a small graveside service was held with his family.
He is buried at East Lawn Cemetery in Provo, Utah.
He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
