Zada Mounts, who turned 100 years old in July, passed away Friday,August 28, 1992, in East Finley Township (PA), a
daughter of Jonathan and Dessie Miller Scott.
Surviving are a sister, Minnie Calvert of Florida; two daughters, Ruth George, with whom she made her home in Lemont Furnace and June Briggs of West Miflin; three sons, James A. Mounts and Wilden M. Mounts, both of Washington and Kenneth Martin Mounts of Avon, NY; two step children, Susan M. Bedillion of Claysville and Harold N. Mounts of
Arcadia, FL; 18 grandchildren 34 great grandchildren and several step grandchildren and step great great grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, James A. Mounts, who died in 1943; a grandson, Steven: a step daughter, Florence M. Verner; and three step sons, Walter, Clifford and Donald Mounts.
Services were held on August 31 (1992) and interment was in Washington Cemetery.
