Nellie Mae King Rummage, 66, of Warsaw, formerly of the Excelsior Springs area, died Saturday, April 2, 1983 at North Kansas City Memorial Hospital. She was born November 3, 1916, to Lee and Elsie King, in Lawson.
She lived in Hamilton, before moving to Warsaw three years ago.
She had been in the feed and coal business in the Gashland area of North Kansas City, some years ago.
She was a member of Edmondson Baptist Church, Warsaw.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence B. Rummage of the home; one step-son, Ronald Joe Rummage of Reno, NV; two brothers, Dickie King of Mosby, MO; and Allen King of Odessa, MO; three sisters, Jean Bellis of Lawson, MO; Doris Ellen Jones of Kearney, MO; and Ruby Cameron of Warsaw, MO; and two step-grandchildren.
Services were today at the Prichard Chapel, Rev. Clarence Hyde was the officiating minister. Burial in Old Union Cemetery, near Lawson.
Pallbearers were David Jones, Carl Richard King, Mickey Springston, Lloyd Allen King, Allen King, and Mike O'Laughlin.
Honorary pallbearers were Earl Cameron, Matthew Jones, Marvin Dungan, Ernie Fisher, Edwin Barton, and Kenneth O'Laughlin.
