Shirley Barber Hinton, age 67, passed away, on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at her home.
Shirley was born in Sanford, North Carolina, on June 1, 1948 to Norman and Thelma Doby Barber. She was a great mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed greatly.
She is survived by her sons, Alan Keith Talbert and wife Rebekah of Hickory, Steven Todd Talbert and wife April of Carthage; sister, Betty Lou Wilson of Carthage; brother, Norman Barber, Jr. of Carthage; grandchildren, Waylon and Wyatt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Thelma Doby Barber; husband, Thomas Stephen Hinton, Sr.
